Our community offers many over 55's social events and activities for residents, which you are welcome to join in, or not as you please. Some of the things on offer include regular dinners, a book club, gardening club, carpet bowls, trivia nights, barbecues, bingo, and movie screenings.
A well-stocked bar, operated by volunteers is a popular meeting spot at the end of the day, with Friday night’s happy hour drawing a big crowd. Residents are kept informed of upcoming activities by a regular newsletter.
The hub of the village is the Community Centre, a purpose built facility which facilitates the wide range of activities enjoyed by our resident retirees. A committee, elected by owners each year manages the operations of the centre, and organises the program of events.
Associated with the centre are a heated swimming pool, gymnasium, well-equiped workshop, community vegetable garden plots, and a croquet lawn.
